FAQ

Jewellery Care

Humidity, oils from your skin, perfumes, lotions, hair products and other substances cause silver jewelry to corrode and tarnish.

Protect your silver jewelry by wiping it off thoroughly with a polishing cloth or other soft material, like a cloth diaper, before storing it.

The more you wear your jewellery, the less tarnished it will become as it will be constantly polished by your skin and your clothes.

Over time, some metals such as brass, bronze or sterling silver are prone to tarnishing when they are not worn, or left out in the open air. To restore the finish, use a polishing pad over it.

Don't leave your jewelry in the bathroom cause heat and humidity accelerate the oxidization; also do not wear it in the shower and avoid chemicals such as soap.

If you don't wear your pieces of jewellery, always keep it covered to prevent tarnishing.

Storing your jewelry in an airtight bag or box when you take it off will prevent it from oxidizing.
